Confectionery training
Between 19.04 (Tuesday) - 21.04 (Thursday) we invite you to Barry Callebaut training.
During each training day, Michał Kleiber of Barry Callebaut, together with our technologists Dariusz Kowalczewski (patisserie) and Damian Krępeć (HoReCa) will prepare delicious cakes, pastries and desserts - offering elegant and beautiful ways of decorating and arranging them.
On the first day of training participants will focus on desserts and monoportions ideal for big events, such as weddings. This type of events require a swift and efficient handling of many guests at same time. Technologists will present ideas on how to undertake this type of challenges.
